• Both buildings fully enclosed: wall panels, roofs, entry canopies done
• Front building: roll-up doors hung, storefront glazing installed in most bays
• Site: storm and utility work, cleanup underway; paving still to come
• Pre-leasing open for all Phase 1 suites
